The new Aquaguard Pure Chill RO+UV Purifier is equipped with the highest quality standards components for each of the purification and filtration module, which have been designed to take care of higher capacity requirements and efficient performance.
The RO membrane used in this system has a 0.0001-micron pore size, which prevents the passage of microorganisms and total dissolved solids. This makes water lighter, tastes natural and is safe to drink.
The New Aquaguard Pure Chill RO+UV purifier makes the water both chemically and micro-biologically potable by reducing hardness, TDS, and heavy metal contaminants like Arsenic, lead, and Mercury and by removing pathogenic micro-organisms. Consequently, it revives the original taste of water. Its unique 7-stage purification process also reduces pesticides in the water and reduces scale formation, when water is heated.

Advanced 7-stage purification process.
The microporous, heavy-duty sediment filter candle made from polypropylene and silver-impregnated activated carbon removes physical impurities present in water like dust, dirt, etc.
The specially treated activated carbon removes chlorine & its products and all organic impurities, reducing unpleasant odours, tastes and colours.
The special antiscalant filter prevents the deposition of scales that may be formed during the water flow through the membrane thus enhancing the life of the membrane. To further enhance the physical quality of water a sediment filter built into the system traps all fine sediments from the input water.
In the top-of-the-line filtering process, reverse osmosis ensures that micro-organisms and TDS (Total Dissolved Salts) are categorically reduced from the input water to finally bring in pure water for the final stage of purification.
While the post-carbon filter enhances the taste of pure water, the UV filter fitted at the point of use ensures that the water that you consume is 100% safe and free from disease-causing microbes.

Aquaguard Pure Chill RO+UV – Closer Look
- Particular filter: Purification stage 1: Unique polypropylene yam candle to remove physical impurities etc from the input water.
- Pre-carbon block filter: Purification stage 2: Specially treated carbon block used for adsorbing colour, odour, organic impurities and chlorine and prevents microbial growth or activated carbon block. Activated carbon block also removes chlorination byproducts from water.
- Anti-scalant Filter: purification stage 3: This prevents the reverse osmosis membrane from scaling deposits as the complex molecules will not get settled and get flushed away along with concentrate (reject) water flow. Thus it enhances the service life of the membrane.
- Sediment Filter: purification stage 4: Sediment filter traps all the fine sediments present in the input water
- Reverse Osmosis Membrane filter: Purification Stage 5: Reverse osmosis membrane filter has a porosity of 0.001 microns and strains the micro-organism, TDS (total dissolved solids) from the input water. This stage rejects around 90% of the input Tds and the permeate water (purified good water) flows towards the next stage.
